CHENZEN CANCELLATION POLICY
At Chenzen Wellness Centre, we respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. In some inevitably event you need to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment we appreciate that you give us as much notice as possible. The less notice we have, the harder it is to fill the appointment time. We don’t want anyone to miss out on getting an appointment, and our practitioners would rather be helping someone than taking an unexpected break.
We send out an email reminder one days before your appointment. Replies to these reminders are monitored and are the best way to let us know your appointment time is no longer suitable. You can also call the clinic or use the contact form on our website.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are not subject to any additional charges. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged a Short-notice Cancellation Fee, which will be 50% of the cost for the booked appointment type. If we are able to fill the appointment time from our wait list, the fee will be waived.
Missed appointments, appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time may be charged a Missed Appointment Fee, which will be 50% of the cost for the booked appointment type. With insufficient notice are unable to fill the appointment time from our wait list.
Clients of Chenzen Wellness Centre will always be made aware of the Cancellation Policy prior to any fees being charged.
CHENZEN PACKAGE SERVICES AND REFUND POLICY
Chenzen Wellness Centre values our relationship with you, and appreciates your purchase of our package services.
The package discount only valid when purchasing treatments in advance and cannot be used in conjunction with any other deal, offer, concession or discount. As the treatment package is tailor made for your condition, treatments are not transferable to other parties. If for any reason or circumstance, you are unable to complete your purchased visits, our clinic is able to refund part or all of your purchases under the following policy.
No Visits Used
In the event that no visits in your package has been used, and you wish to have a refund, if it is within 30 days of purchasing the package, our clinic will return 100% of what you paid for the original package. Packag- es purchased between 31-90 days ago will be refunded at a 80% rate. Packages purchased longer than 90 days ago will be refunded at 50%.
Some Visits Used
In the event that some but not all visits in your package has been used, and you wish to have a refund for the unused visits, your account will be charged for the full regular price per visit, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The following equation for calculation your refund is as follows: Refund Amount = Full Package Price - (Regular Price Per Session x No. Sessions used)
E.g. if you have used 2 visits from a 10 visit package (package price $950 for 10 visits, regular price $120 per visit), your refund amount will be $950 - ($120 x 2 session) =$710.
