Developing Your Emotional Balance in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1:
Accept Negative Emotions
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a form of psychological acupressure which Dr Chen has routinely used in our clinic for helping our patients accept and release a wide range of emotional issues. It uses tapping with the fingertips on acupuncture points whilst repeating positive affirmations out loud. This clears the "short-circuit" - that has caused the emotional block.
As this method is a self-help tool that easy to learn and apply, Dr. Chen recommends to watch and learn this technique through youtube, especially from its founder Gary Craig.

Release Negative Emotions Harmlessly
Warrior Breath (Harmless Anger Release)
Anger is like a loaded gun. If we fire in the street it is a crime. If we fire on a shooting range, it is a healthy exercise. As far as it disturbs no one, we can release anger harmlessly. Dr. Chen developed this Warrior Breath stemmed from an ancient Indian breathwork.
